This is the fourth book I've read by this author and the first time I have done an audiobook version. I honestly think that having a British reader made it even more entertaining to me! This is a delightful romance with the same kind of witty banter, farcical innuendo and clever heroine that I would have anticipated. The storyline here is very silly and as a bird nerd myself, I was genuinely thrilled with all of the bird adoration. My only complaint is that I feel like it went on a little bit too long. Kerfluffle after kerfuffle and by the end, I was ready for it to wrap up. But it made me laugh out loud more than once and feel happy so many times that it still deserves four stars.
