genre: middle grade paranormal (book three of the series)
Lucy, George and Anthony are at it again. There are more visitors to destroy, more disturbances to investigate. This time though, there are bloody stairs on a staircase, a chaotic outbreak in London that's causing all kinds of destruction and - challengingly enough - a fourth member adding to Lockwood and Co. Lucy's own abilities are slowly developing in ways she doesn't quite understand and those abilities are their own kind of trouble - can she continue being successful while figuring out what she's capable of?
This was JUST as good as the other two, if not a little better. Wonderfully scary bits, witty bits, old characters showing up, creepy visitors to destroy. I just am loving this series - the more time I spend with Lucy, Anthony and George - the more I like them. Can't wait for the next one.
