OH! It's great fun. Babymouse is a sassy character with a wild, Olivia-the-Pig type imagination. The graphic novel was a perfect format for the workings of her active mind - and the plot is perfect. We always want what we can't have, until we get it and then it's lame. My nearly 8 year old read it in about twenty minutes, and loved it - she keeps picking it up to look at the pictures. I'm just going to repeat myself: great fun.
